Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey everyone! For those of you who aren't able to have Festive Designs make your beautiful table centerpiece- Melinda has created an easy do-it-yourself centerpiece idea for you!
She used different sizes of terra cotta pots, and gathered all of the plant material from her yard!

Small bits of protea and succulent add a fun surprise for napkins!

Our favorite part about this arrangement is that it's eco-friendly AND kid friendly! The succulents can be re-planted in your yard after the holiday to reduce waste! Kids can each be given one of the smaller terra cotta pots to fill with plant material while you handle the larger ones! Thanksgiving is a great holiday to get the whole family involved in cooking and decorating!

I'm also in love with my mini pumpkin votive holders. They are SO easy to make! Trace the votive around the top of the pumpkin, carve with a small, sharp knife, and pop your tea candle in the top! Voila!!

She also created a larger arrangement that would be great for a foyer table or buffet.
I added a little white pumpkin in there for contrast!
I love all the different plant material in here....some of them are very Flintstones-esque! : )
