Santa Rosa Catholic Church- Cambria, Ca
Cayucos Veteran's Hall- Cayucos, Ca
Today was a beautiful sunny day in Cambria & Cayucos- typically fog-prone cities! And how wonderful it was....great timing Mother Nature! Theresa and Justin are such lovely, laid back people- who obviously prefer to surround themselves with loving, friendly family and friends! What a joyous occasion to be a part of!
Theresa chose to carry a traditional cascade bouquet, full of orchids and fabulous smelling stephanotis!
Theresa wanted her bridesmaids bouquet's to look the part of a winter wonderland...to convey this we used "snow covered" twigs and pearl sprays tucked into a mix of white roses.
The Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Cambria is so cute!....like a little Hersey's Kiss!
Groom's boutonniere
Groomsman's boutonniere
Father's boutonniere
Subtle additions of colored flowers, grapes and radishes served as a symbolic homage to the couple's late grandparents. A very sweet and personal touch....a great way to honor loved ones that have passed.
The beautiful bride!
Instead of a traditional flower basket, Theresa chose to have her adorable flower girl carry what we referred to as "the princess wand"
At first, she wanted NOTHING to do with the princess wand and refused to hold it....but she eventually came around to it....and then never put it down! Worried that she might change her mind again, I took as many photos as I could- just in case! So I apologize for the blurriness....she kept waving it back and forth. SO CUTE!
When she didn't feel like holding it, Daddy had to hold it! I couldn't resist capturing this Kodak moment! : )
Such a cutie...quite a personality!
The reception hall in Cayucos.....the large black and white photos are of Theresa & Justin's engagement photos! Such a neat way to add decor!
Loved this idea....they had their guests write notes to them- messages in a bottle- that they will read on their anniversary! Perfect for a beach wedding!
Yarrow & the ladies with The Cakery did an amazing job- once again! The flowers are made of gum paste! SO beautiful!
To add a romantic feel, Dionne and Chris from Bailey Entertainment lit up the room with warm, amber uplighting. I tried to capture all of the colors when Chris was testing them for dancing!

Then back to Amber....doesn't it look beautiful?!
