Josephine & Sam

Josephine & Sam
Nipomo, Ca

On a perfect September afternoon, Josephine & Sam said "I do" under a grove of avocado trees at the home of the groom's parents, surrounded by family and friends. The view from the reception was spectacular, and you could ALMOST see the ocean. What a lovely celebration....take a look!

Flower girl halo and petal purse!
Had some fun with the weather-vane and the view!

The sweetheart table was adorned with all of the bouquets, a couple small vases, and these adorable burlap initial canvas prints. Great visual impact!
The centerpieces were a collections of vases with hydrangea, thistles & succulents, roses & billy balls. A fun collection of different textures!

Snaps for Festive Designs

One of the best parts of having a busy summer season is all of the love notes we receive towards the end of the season that remind us of why we LOVE what we do SO much! Being a part of your special days and turning your dreams into reality is our passion- and our privilege. We wanted to share a handful of them with you today. A big thanks to our 2013 brides for being so lovely to work with!

Triple Wedding Weekend!

Hey all! Happy Labor Day to you!
So for this post we are rewinding back to Aug. 24th....it was a busy weekend in the shop with 3 weddings happening across the Central Coast for us! We had Lisa & Jamie's mint & coral affair at Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach, Krista & Robert's romantic vineyard soiree at Pear Valley Winery in Paso Robles, and Samantha & Andrew's intimate nuptials at the Monday Club in San Luis Obispo. I'm really hoping I can get my hands on the professional photos from each event to show you in the future. But for now, you'll have to settle for my cell phone quality talent. Ha!

Return of the Blogger!

Whoa. So August came and went faster than I anticipated! And somehow I managed to not post a single wedding. Sorry about that. But I plan to make up for it! I'm starting you off with a GORGEOUS wedding from a few weeks ago! The ceremony was at Edna Valley Vineyard, nestled in the hills outside of San Luis Obispo. After cocktail hour, the guests drove down to the beach for an intimate reception at Ventana Grill
The weather was basically perfect, the wedding party was a joy to work with, and I have a feeling the party was a fun one! Take a look.....

 Who doesn't love a gardenia?

 Love these boutonnieres so much!

Cute Idea Alert!! The couple used cities they've traveled to as the table names, and placed a photo of them IN that city on each table. Clever & Personal!

 A cake with a view...

Ceremony flowers get re purposed to deck out the sweetheart table!
